1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the rights and obligations between the lawyers, law firms and users who use the udf.org.tr site and the connected portal application, and Stela Event Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”), which operates under the Ankara Yazılım® brand.
2. Nature of the service
The portal offers client, matter, calendar, task, calculation and finance records, letterhead document drafting, document verification, e-signature, and team and access management. The calculators and the UDF editor at udf.web.tr can also be used separately.
The court fee, attorney fee and interest calculations on the site are made for information purposes according to the legislation in force. Deadline calculations are also an aid; the lawyer confirms the final date. In concrete disputes, the calculation of the court or the enforcement office prevails.
3. Intellectual property
The platform interface, software code, calculation algorithms and designs belong to Ankara Yazılım. The ownership of the document and file contents that users upload or edit belongs solely to the user firm.
4. Account security
Users may not share account credentials with third parties. The number of user licenses equals the number of authorized team members.
5. Resolution of disputes
The Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
