As Stela Event Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”), operating under the Ankara Yazılım® brand, we act in line with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the professional secrecy obligations under Article 36 of Attorneyship Law No. 1136 in the services we offer through udf.org.tr.
2. Separation of office data
The records of each law firm and each in-house legal department are tied to its own account. One firm’s records are never shown to another firm.
3. Data processed and purposes
The name, email address and organization details you provide when opening an account are processed to manage your account, to provide you with the service and to fulfil contractual obligations.
Claim values and parameters entered in the calculators are processed only in your browser for the instant calculation. They are not sent to the server, and they are not passed on or sold for marketing.
5. Servers and data hosting
Our servers are located in the European Union data centers of Hetzner Online GmbH. Personal data is therefore hosted abroad; the transfer relies on the safeguards under Article 9 of KVKK.
