Basis
- Court fees
- Calculated under the Fees Law No. 492, Tariff (1) of Judicial Fees, and the current communiqués of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. In claims for a sum of money the proportional fee is 68.31 per thousand, and one quarter of it is collected upfront when the case is filed.
- Attorney fee
- Calculated in increasing bands according to the 2026/2027 Attorneyship Minimum Fee Tariff (AAÜT) of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. 20% VAT is added to the awarded attorney fee.
- Interest
- Article 1 (statutory interest, 24%) and article 2 (commercial default, advance interest 53.25%) of Law No. 3095 are applied with a day-based formula.
